Description
Trix C-track oval with Mobile Station, connection box and power supply. For existing or separately purchased H0 digital rolling stock; no locomotive or wagons included.
Contents and operation
Contents are 12 curved 62230 sections (R2), 4 straight 62188 and 4 straight 62172 sections: 20 pieces in total. Mobile Station, connection box, 36 VA/230 V power supply and illustrated guide are included. The manufacturer image specifies a 170 × 98 cm footprint. No rolling stock or separate locomotive decoder is supplied.
Prototype and context
This pack represents no particular railway or era. It supplies infrastructure for someone who already owns a two-rail digital train or wants to choose one separately. Compared with 21531, the difference is not simply the train theme: 21000 has no train at all and uses an R2 oval.
Planning and compatibility
For Trix H0/two rail, 16.5 mm gauge, rather than Märklin centre-stud operation. The locomotive needs a compatible digital decoder; this pack does not automatically convert an analogue locomotive. Do not feed the same circuit simultaneously from an analogue controller. For long trains such as 22784, plan longer usable station tracks: a suitable curve radius does not guarantee sufficient platform length. Expand with Trix C track; point motors and accessory decoders are separate planning items.
