For items displaying a preorder option. Your deposit is part of the price: it is not an extra fee.
Below €10: full payment. Available options and the amounts that apply are shown before you complete your purchase.

From preorder to your collection
Choose your model
Check the price, estimated availability and item conditions. Select a deposit or full payment.
Receive confirmation
We email your confirmation and keep you informed of changes to estimated availability.
Balance and shipping
When the item is available, we collect the outstanding balance using the payment method agreed at checkout. You receive a payment receipt by email. After successful payment, we prepare your shipment.

When is the balance collected?
The balance is collected when the item is available and before shipment, using the payment method agreed at checkout. Normally you do not need to enter your card details again. Shopify emails a receipt after collection. If your bank requires confirmation or payment fails, we will explain how to complete it securely. Amounts and the planned due date are shown at checkout; also check each item’s delivery estimate.
Can I combine preorders and in-stock items?
Yes, where checkout allows it. Separate shipments and their shipping charges may apply. Check the final breakdown: a preorder does not automatically mean the whole order ships together.
What if I want to cancel a preorder?
Email us with your order number so we can review your request. Please also see our terms of sale and refund policy. This information page does not change your statutory rights.
Is a back-in-stock alert a preorder?
No. An alert only tells you when stock is available again. It does not create an order, charge a deposit or reserve a unit.
Can I preorder any item?
Only items with an enabled preorder option. If you cannot see one, ask us about the model, quoting its brand and item number.
